Sales experience is recommended. No sales experience, no problem. With the right attitude and dedication, we will set you up for success! We provide a thorough sales training that will allow you to expand your selling knowledge and skills using an interactive one on one and team method of training.
There is nothing to push on people. Longmont Dairy has been providing delivery services of fresh dairy and many local items to residential areas since 1965. With a low effort sign up process, low-cost service, and product guarantees our sales team can be proud of the services and products they are backing.

Longmont Dairy Farm is one of the largest home milk delivery services in all of the front range. We have deliverable routes from Loveland to Caste Pines. To keep up with the demand we now have two sales offices one in Longmont and one in Centennial.

Earn Uncapped Income
Our sales representatives receive a generous Commission-Based compensation package, allowing for increased income for each sales representative as they excel. A 30 day probationary period includes a guaranteed base pay. Once the probationary period ends, the position will graduate to a commission-based structure including first commissions, second commissions, and a monthly mileage reimbursement.
An average first-year sales representative will earn $65,000.

Work schedule hours vary throughout the year. An ideal candidate is willing to have a flexible schedule and be self-motivated to adjust their own hours to meet their goals. Suggested hours in the summer months include 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m and in the winter months 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m Monday through Friday, Saturdays recommended.
