This is more than just sales; you'll build relationships, negotiate freight deals, solve complex logistics issues and manage shipments from pickup to delivery. No experience necessary: we offer a paid, hands-on formal training program in sales and logistics.

• College degree preferred , but not required

What you'll do:

\n
• Receive 6 months of direct training from experienced Logistics Account Executives
\n
• Help your account executive solve customer needs, find carriers for time-sensitive freight and manage daily operations
\n
• Participate in hands-on and virtual training sessions
\n
• Develop negotiation skills through prospecting and cold calling
\n
• Build your book
\n
• Use your training to meet sales metrics and become eligible for commission
\n
• Establish relationships to close new customers
\n
• Negotiate prices with customers and carriers
\n
• Resolve freight issues to ensure timely pickup and delivery
\n
